We develop software on both traditional automation platforms aswell as bespoke applications. We have in house expertise on platforms such DELTAV, Siemens, Allen Bradley and COGNEX. Where required, we develop middleware and HMI applications in low level programming languages such as C# with SQL based databased connectivity.
We can provide a full engineering service embracing new technology and innovations providing engineering design excellence and offering quality control systems.
APP works in partnership with a number of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) companies providing electrical, software engineering and automation design to develop control systems to integrate into OEM plants and machinery.
For each control system, we employ a PLC and HMI (Operator Panel) which allows to control the process. As the number of signals increases on our projects, we recommend a SCADA - DCS and historian system to be used. For complex systems we are experienced in Batch solutions (ISA 88) to allow the management of recipes and operations in a flexible way.
